Client Responsibilities

Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their original content and manuscripts. Blueprint Books retains rights to our proprietary processes, designs created for your project, and the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio with your permission.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Limitation of Liability

Blueprint Books liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for market performance of published works or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed to date, and all materials will be returned to the client.

While we provide professional book publishing services, we cannot guarantee the commercial success, sales performance, or market reception of any published work. Success in the publishing industry depends on many factors beyond our control.
